We guarantee to refund any item purchased on Ultra-case.com that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 7 days of receipt. International Ultra-case.com purchases can only be returned by post.
In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations EU customers have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase (unless it is a purchase of financial services, food, drink or other perishable products; DVDs, CDs or software which have been unsealed; magazines; or tailor-made / customised products). In this case, we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.
- We are responsible for item damage before your receipt. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt, and take photo on the damaged item, we will make refund on the damaged item.
- If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and let us know why.
- As long as your item is still in brand new condition, we will be happy to refund your money, or you may ask for item exchange.
- We will need to receive and inspect your return before a refund or exchange will be given. The return shipping fee will be paid by Buyer. We do not refund shipping charges.
- On items that were purchased with free shipping, we will deduct our shipping costs from your refund amount.
- To speed up the refund process, please include your auction item number or user ID with your return.
Shipping Cost is not refundable.
