Shipping Policy

We currently offer two delivery options: Express delivery and standard delivery.

We aim to dispatch all orders in 1-3 working day from our logistic centre. However, sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer.

We use post office & UPS to deliver your order. A signature is requested on delivery for both standard and express deliveries. If you are not in when our couriers first try to deliver and they cannot find a safe location to leave the package, they will leave a card, take your order back and then attempt to delivery on the following working days. Please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier to arrange redelivery.

All orders are shipped from the Hong Kong. Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. You are advised to contact your local customs office if there is any question related to customs charges.
