How do I pay with a credit card?

You can pay with a credit card at PayPal. You do not need to set up a PayPal account to pay with a credit card.

Why only one item can be added to the shopping cart?

Sometimes, you may not add more than 1 items in the shopping cart. It is because the size of cookie are over limit. You should clear up the cookie in your browser.

Ultra-Case uses U.S. dollars. How do I handle currency conversions?

You can change your currency on the top right side of the page.

Shopping cart is still emptied even click "Add to Cart" in product page of Ultra Case web site?

No. Simply click checkout in shopping cart page and you will be taken to PayPal, where you will be prompted to set up an account.

Paypal checkout page not showing English?

You can change back to English or your perfer language on top right hand corner of Paypal Checkout page.

How does the shopping cart work?

The shopping cart allows you to gather items you want to buy in one place and facilitates the checkout process. To add an item to your shopping cart, click on the grey "Add to Cart" button on the right side of the item listing page. If you change your mind, click the Remove button in shopping cart page. Once you've got everything you want, click the Checkout button.

What is PayPal, how does it work on Ultra-Case, and how do I buy items with it?

PayPal? is an online payment processing company widely used on the Internet to facilitate sales transactions, including credit card payments. You might think of PayPal as a big credit card machine. They will "run" your card for the seller. The seller will never see your credit card number. Ultra-Case is not affiliated with or subsidized by PayPal.

Do I need to create a PayPal account before I checkout?

No. Just click on the PayPal option upon Ultra-Case checkout and follow the instructions.

Do I have have to be a member of PayPal to submit a payment by credit card?

No. However, if you'd like an account, follow PayPal's instructions for set up. You'll just need an email address and a password. Creating an account will entitle you to PayPal protection services and other perks.

Customer can submit payment by credit card through PayPal without having a PayPal account.
